GMC is a branch of General Motors' brand name of trucks, vans, and SUVs. It was formerly known as GMC Truck and its vehicles are marketed in North America and the Middle East. The company has also supplied vehicles to the fire department, hospitals, shipping industry, military, and city transit.

The GMC Yukon Hybrid is new for 2008. All Acadiatrims have an XM satellite radio as standard equipment. Also, the Savana offers different standard engines and different optional radios and electronic information displays.
