MINI Cars
MINI is both the name of a subsidiary of BMW, and a car produced by that subsidiary since 2001. The car is a "retro" redesign of the original Mini, which was manufactured by the British Motor Corporation and its successors from 1959 to 2000. MINI only makes one model of car, the MINI Cooper, which is known for it’s small stature and excellent handling.

Changes in the MINI Cars Line-Up
The hatcback version of the MINI Cooper/Cooper S gets a total redesign for 2007. The new car is similar in appearance to the old one, with the biggest changes being in the grille and headlights. A new 1.6 liter engine produces 120 horsepower in the Cooper; the Cooper S gets a 175 hp turbocharged version. The convertible version is largely unchanged for 2007.
