Scion Cars
Scion is a United States-only division of Toyota Motor Corporation founded in 2003. Scion's goal is to appeal to Generation Y consumers, expected to dwarf the market size of Generation X by 2020. Scion grew from Toyota Project Genesis, a failed effort to bring younger buyers to the Toyota marque in the United States. Scion is Toyota's entry-level brand, slotting below Toyota in their lineup.



Changes in the Scion Cars Line-Up
For 2007, the tC now comes in a new lower-priced and unadorned "spec package," with plain steel wheels and simple paint colors, is intended to appeal to tuners and customizers as something they can upgrade.

2007 Scion’s come with a 36 month / 36,000 mile basic and 60 month / 60,000 mile powertrain warranty.
